OPEN MEETING OF THE GRANVILLE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION
THURSDAY, DECEMBER 10, 2009 AT 7:00 P.M.
A meeting of the owner/members of the Granville Condominium Association is scheduled for Thursday, December 10, 2009 at 7:00 P.M. The meeting will be held in unit 23 at 1064-1066 West Granville (first entrance to left inside the courtyard…press #23 to enter). The Board has convened several working meetings since October 1, 2009 to discuss a working budget, revised Rules & Regulations, delinquent assessments, litigation costs, deferred maintenance, capital improvements and website development. The major topics to be explained and discussed with owners attending the meeting are as follows:
